Investor memo, not hype

Knucklehead Capital

A public workbench for disciplined market research, decision tools, and risk rules. The process comes before the pitch, so an investor can judge the thinking before judging the ambition.

Diligence frame

A serious investor should see the machinery.

Knucklehead Capital is not asking anyone to believe a glossy deck. The work has to become visible: what we study, how we size risk, what tools shape decisions, and what evidence survives after the trade.

Process

Every idea needs a thesis, trigger, invalidation point, and review path.

Evidence

Tools, notes, and future postmortems should be inspectable before any pitch.

Risk

Sizing, liquidity, concentration, and drawdown gates come before upside talk.

Risk standard

Return language is cheap. Risk language has to be specific.

The desk is being built around rules an investor can inspect: position budget, liquidity, concentration, drawdown, invalidation, and review cadence.

No performance theater. If a claim is not dated, tracked, and reproducible, it does not belong on the page.

Risk gets written before reward. Every idea needs a sizing rule, exit rule, and failure case.

Tools exist to slow down impulse. A useful interface should make weak trades harder to justify.

Plain language beats mystique. Investors should be able to challenge the logic without decoding a pitch.

Inspectable now
No return claim

Current evidence, not a pitch deck.

The first public artifact is the option strategy lab. The next artifacts should make research, risk decisions, and post-trade review easier to inspect.

Live
Option Strat Lab

Live-data decision tool comparing cash-secured puts and bull call spreads across 1-6 month windows. It surfaces premium, breakeven, probability, max risk, and position budget before a trade is considered.

Market Notes

A research log for setups, invalidation levels, follow-ups, and postmortems. The point is a record that can be argued with, not a stream of confident takes.

03
Drafting
Risk Playbooks

Position sizing, watchlist gates, drawdown rules, and liquidity checks that define when capital can scale and when the answer is simply no.

Capital

How much cash is exposed, what loss is tolerable, and what would force de-risking.

Research

What the setup is, why it matters now, what proves it wrong, and when it gets reviewed.

Receipts

Dated tools, notes, and postmortems so the work can become a record instead of a story.
